VIDEO
Video 1
Left ventriculography in acute myocardial infarction. Timing: about 45 min from starting thoracic pain. Normal wall motion apart from mild postero-basal hypokinesis.
Video 2
Proximal occlusion of the right coronary artery upstream of a previously implanted stent.
Video 3
Reopened right coronary artery showing good flux and collateral circulation to left coronary artery, wich probably has protected inferior wall from ischemic damage.
Video 4
End-procedure left ventriculography showing a mild reduction of contractile function. Apical walls effacement is incomplete, as a small line of contrast medium is seen up to the apex. This sequence demonstrates cardiac apex still all over the cycle. In normal conditions apical walls become in contact, obliterating the apical shell. Note regression of postero-basal hypokinesis.
